Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Customer Care / Chat Support Process team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and providing timely and professional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Chat / Online Support
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
• Resolve customer issues within the defined timeline
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company policies and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required

Eligibility

• Good English Communication Skills – Written & Verbal
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply
• Freshers are welcome
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Good typing and communication skills
• Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn
