Roles and Responsibilities
Handling shipments Air / Sea – Imports & Exports
· FCL – LCL – AIR
· Execute order request calls/emails promptly
· Track shipments and update to customer & keep record / Email customers with shipping updates on daily basis & update DSR
· Ensure customer experience by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
Desired Candidate Profile
· Experience- 3-5 Years
· Freight forwarding background mandatory
· Should be able to work with the Team
·Ability to resolve customer concerns and queries
· Exceptionally good communication skills both written and verbal
Salary in hand Approximately 15,000/- to 20,000/-(Depend On Interview)
