Responsibilities:

• Billing and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project billing records and documentation.
• Government Project Monitoring: Monitor the progress of government construction projects and ensure compliance with project timelines and requirements.
• Payment Follow-up: Actively follow up on payments from government authorities or clients to ensure timely receipt of funds.
• Documentation Compliance: Ensure that all project-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports, comply with regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the manager regarding project billing, payment status, and any issues that require attention.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any billing-related issues or discrepancies that may impact project progress or payment.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams, government agencies, and clients to facilitate smooth billing and payment processes.
• Documentation Accuracy: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of project-related documentation and records.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all billing-related processes adhere to quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum [2+] years of experience in billing and documentation related to construction projects.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of project billing and documentation processes.
• Proficiency in monitoring government projects and ensuring compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for payment follow-ups.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve billing-related issues.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for documentation and reporting.

Note: Salary offered for this position ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
