We are seeking experienced HR Managers to join our company. As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices to support the overall growth and success of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and finalizing job offers.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees, addressing concerns and grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, productivity, and development.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as required.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to HR policies and processes.
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute talent management and succession planning strategies.
Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being within the organization.
Handle employee disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations when necessary.
Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or a related discipline is preferred.
  2. Proven experience of at least 2-6 years in an HR management role.
  3. Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
  4. Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, including experience with various sourcing methods.
  5. Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives.
  6. Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
  7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  10. Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.

11.Should have minimum 3-5 years of working experience . Having working experience in Media / advertisement will be an added advantage. Should have good personality & good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
