Key Goals / Key Activities

To support sales & marketing function of OOH & AICTSL City Buses & to increase revenue through acquisition of new clients and to pro-actively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.

1. Attend Sales meeting.

2. Making company and strategy presentations to the clients.

3. Feasibility study for the requirements put forth by the clients.

4. Preparation of appropriate quotations.

5. Protection of organization values by keeping information confidential

6. Enhancement of organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request.

7. Exploring opportunities to add value to the organization.

8. Identification of potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization

9. Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, customer retention and customer acquisition.

10. Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.

11. Develop effective working relationships with customer through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.

12. Work with other Managers to develop marketing campaigns to support sales strategy.

13. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company services.

14. Identify requirement for new products and services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.

15. Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.

16. Screening of potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.

17. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

18. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

19. Arrange and participate in internal and external client briefs.

20. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions.

21. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s designated place.
