Roles and Responsibilities
Building and strengthening relationships with Shipping Lines/Nvoccs/co-loaders overseas commercial agents. Extensive Direct Carrier Exposure would be an added advantage.
Procure best rates from Shipping Lines/Nvoccs/co-loaders based on the requirement of the Sales team.
Perform pricing analysis/benchmarking and resolve concerns (e.g. better pricing/selection of carriers, co-loaders,and strategic vendors).
Generate timely MIS and plan through budgets.
Conduct market research, competitor, and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities.
Liaise internally and externally and build strong professional working relationships with respect to stakeholders and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely response to customer’s (Internal/External) requirements
Responsible for International shipment documentation, operations, and carrier routing information.
Pricing Exposure to all Sectors
Customer satisfaction objective & relationship building mindset

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience- 5-8 Years
Freight forwarding background mandatory with both Air & Ocean Exports & Imports with good contacts and agent network
Should be able to work with the Team
Ability to resolve customer concerns and queries
Exceptionally good communication skills both written and verbal.

Salary Package In Hand Approximately 25,000/- to 30,000/-(Depend On Interview)
